We provide focused legal counsel to athletes at all levels—collegiate, professional, and Olympic—working in close collaboration with agents, player representatives, and advisors to manage a broad range of off-field legal matters. Our goal is to protect our clients’ interests, reputations, and long-term opportunities beyond the game.

Our services include:

• Endorsement & Sponsorship Agreements: Negotiating and reviewing brand deals, media appearances, and other commercial opportunities to ensure fair compensation and strong legal protections.

• Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL): Guiding college and amateur athletes through the legal and regulatory landscape of NIL, including compliance, contract structuring, and enforcement of publicity rights.

• Personal Legal Support: Assisting with sensitive personal legal matters—such as contract disputes, defamation, family law, or criminal issues—with discretion, efficiency, and athlete-specific experience.
