Susie Cirilli is a New York-based attorney and Member at Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P.C. She counsels businesses and executives on employment matters, from hiring and termination to leadership transitions and complex workplace issues, and drafts and negotiates employment and executive agreements.
Susie also has a strong presence in the sports industry, advising athletes, coaches, clubs and leagues and representing clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and in SafeSport matters. A former Division I soccer captain at the University of Vermont, she was named a 2026 Law Firm Innovator in the Pennsylvania Legal Awards.
